| The Isuzu 117 Coupe was a specialty car with beautiful Italian styling created by the designer Giugiaro. It won the concours d'elegance at the Geneva Motor Show in 1966 and its sublime flowing beauty was acclaimed at the Tokyo Motor Show in the same year. First generation 117 Coupes (from 1968) have a loyal following in enthusiast clubs and the like and are still carefully looked after. One example that has been specially preserved is the final production PA96 model (1982), which is kept at Isuzu's Fujisawa plant. |
